	1	Repair and Exchange Services We can provide repair, and repair-by-exchange services on many of the items that we sell parts for. For most parts you can get a repair quota and submit the return material authorization form-on-line. All of our repair and repair-by-exchange parts have a 2-Year Warranty.
	2	Back-up and Documentation Services We can also provide services such as making backup EPROMs for your Siemens Simatic S5 applications.
	3	Site Services MYDTECH can provide advanced troubleshooting and maintenance, application engineering, training and migration planning.
